Second selling experience
With this activity we experimented with customer reaction to the introduction of a new product to market. We handled sales, which was a new experience for many of us. This left us a great learning market, the first day of sale was something new for us, to some who were shyer was more difficult, and others discovered their ability in sales. After the second day, and having reflected on the first attempt, we applied all the knowledge to improve weaknesses. In the second attempt we improved sales, productivity and efficiency. This work is part of our framework. This showed the other side of the counter.
